Here we have collected some of our favorite recipes. Tasty, nutritious and healthy recipes that can help you to a simpler everyday life as they often contain few ingredients and are easy to cook. They are carefully tested, each ingredient individually but also the ingredients together, to support and strengthen the body and not to burden and break it unnecessarily. Therefore, we advise you not to replace any ingredients without sticking to the recipe. If you want to experiment yourself, the best thing is if you test yourself what is good for your body and what is not.
How do I test the food I'm going to eat?
Through muscle tests, you can test which food is good for your body and which food is not at all suitable for you. These muscle tests and much more you can learn on our @home course. Why should I try the food I eat?
Testing food is often an important key to good health. By eating healthy food that is good for your body, you reduce the load in your body. This is a good start to stay healthy and for the body to have a chance to heal from illnesses, injuries and pains.
Summer salad
This salad is perfect as a simple lunch or as an accessory.

ingredients
salad:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pot salad
- 1 avocado
dressing:
- 200 g lingonberries
- 1 avocado
- a little honey
To do this:
- Chop the cucumber, lettuce and avocado and put in a bowl (use organic vegetables).
- Mix the lingonberries, avocado and honey into a dressing.
- Pour over the salad and mix!
Amaranth porridge with sprouts, honey and blueberries
If you want to start the day well, this porridge is perfect for breakfast. But of course it fits well for lunch and dinner too!

ingredients
For 4 people
- 6 dl amaranth
- 1.5 l water
- 4 dl blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 dl sprouts
- salt
If there are no blueberries, you can use other berries or in the spring rhubarb.
Instead of amaranth, you can boil buckwheat porridge.
To do this:
- 1.5 l water, amaranth and a little salt are boiled 15-20 minutes. Then leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Blueberries are mixed with honey and 1 dl of water into a puree.
- The porridge is served with the blueberry puree and sprouts.
Frog's Nest
Magically good seed cracker that is super easy to make. Perfect to bring in the bag as a snack.
ingredients
- 1 dl amaranth flour (ordered easiest online)
- 3-4 dl pumpkin kernels and sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp Well salt spray
- 2.5 dl of pure cold water.
To do this:
- Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour out on a normal-sized baking tray with baking paper.
- Sprinkle the cereal salt over if desired.
- Bake at 150 degrees for about 70 minutes. Take out and break pieces.
Magically delicious berry pie
This pie, can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.

ingredients
- 500g blueberries
- 500g raspberries
- 6 dl organic oatmeal (note avoid fiber enriched)
- About 200g liquid honey
To do this:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (hot air oven 150 degrees).
- Pour blueberries and raspberries into one mold. If they are frozen, heat them for 15 minutes first so that viral bacteria disappear.
- Stir together the oatmeal and honey into a crumble dough that is attached together and place on top of the berries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
