Oxygen is vital to your body and optimal breathing is natural,
relaxed and deep. Then the diaphragm massages your internal organs, which helps your
circulation, communication, pH and self-healing.
Breathing works automatically but many people need to be more aware of their
breathing and improve it.
Breathing exercises
There are a plethora of breathing exercises, the easiest way to train on that prolong their inhalations and outhalations. The ones we've seen produce the best results are:
- Breathing should be relaxed and natural with an emWave 2, you best train your breathing that helps your heart control your brain for maximum health and joy.
- Working out to prolong your inhalation and outhalation while focusing on your heart and something loving, which creates inner harmony in your body. It is good to be able to inhale in 5 seconds or more and out for the same amount of time. This interval can then be trained and extended.
- The breathing exercise from yoga 1*4*2 can also produce good results. Breathe through your nose in a time unit, hold your breath in 4 and breathe out in 2. For example, if you breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 16 seconds and then breathe out for 8 seconds. In this way, oxygenate your body and can experience yourself more focused and concentrated. The breathing exercises can be done 1-3 times per day 2-5 minutes or longer if you so wish.
